A redevelopment of a 1930s building in central Moscow for a new purpose: flexible serviced offices. The project involved reworking the layouts for greater efficiency, restoring historic elements, and returning the building to its original architectural appearance, undoing a 1990s renovation.

We kept the old building's architectural character while "wrapping" it in modern service-level systems. We restored the staircase and elevator lobbies and the historic Metlakh tiles, and restored all the railings and historic details, moldings, and ceiling coffers.
