The project occupies an entire floor of a futuristic building designed by SPEECH architectural bureau. Our team drew inspiration from the office of famed American fashion designer Roy Halston at the "Olympic Tower" in New York, designed by Halston himself in 1978.

Halston turned minimalism into the pinnacle of chic in fashion. He stripped away buttons and zippers and worked with a single seam. His clothing was impeccably engineered, and he brought that same aesthetic into his interiors. Mirrored walls, a glowing frosted ceiling, and a deep red floor — an idea suggested by his friend Andy Warhol — became the foundation of the design.
