A reconstruction of a 1930s Constructivist-era building. The 5-story building in Taganka had stood vacant and derelict for a long time. The team's task was to rethink and relaunch the building without damaging its original appearance.

The building was fully restored: the facade was renewed, and original interior elements — balconies, staircases, window openings — were recreated. The interior concept is built on avant-garde colors found in the paintings of Kandinsky and Lissitzky — dusty blue, green, and yellow.
Where abandoned residential units once stood is now a flexible office layout for 350 people. Besides the offices, the space includes a cafe-bar, a kitchen, meeting rooms, comfortable lounge areas, and a reception.
