The concept accounts for a well-organized set of functional structures inside every shelter: separate enclosures for cats and dogs, an administrative block, a space for animals to socialize with future owners, an event area, cold and warm enclosures, a vaccination and quarantine block, and a technical block for cooking and cleaning. This entire complex structure fits on small sites of no more than 1 hectare.
The result is a new regulatory framework for shelter construction, solving the core challenge: turning shelters into examples of quality architecture and spaces people actually want to visit — and find a new friend.
