Work Life Balance FOUNDATION is an office-and-recreation space in central Kazan. The project is built on a WEL work-process ideology: preserving people's mental and physical health. The space has a wide range of functions, yet the design and content avoid unnecessary noise.

3rd Russian Youth Architecture Biennale

The project is conditionally split into two parts: SOFT and HARD. SOFT is the functional and planning decisions that let the buildings operate efficiently and stay relevant over a long time. HARD is the physical embodiment of the buildings in simple, legible materials and forms that won't age with the years.
